• All sales of digital design files, templates, or custom branding are final and non-refundable unless otherwise noted.
   

5. Intellectual Property

My rights as the designer:

• All original artwork, concepts, drafts, sketches, and unused designs remain the intellectual property of House of Eidos unless otherwise negotiated.

• I reserve the right to showcase completed design work in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless you request confidentiality in writing.
   

Your rights as the client:

• Upon final payment, you receive a license to use the final, approved designs for their intended purpose (e.g., branding, print, digital media).

• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of the design unless stated in a separate licensing agreement.
   

6. Revisions

Every service includes a set number of revisions outlined in your project agreement or package description.
Additional revisions beyond those included may incur extra fees.

7. Turnaround Time

Estimated timelines are provided during the booking or onboarding process.
Timelines may shift due to:

• Delayed client responses

• Scope changes

• Unexpected circumstances

Any changes will be communicated promptly.

8. Confidentiality

All personal details, project files, and communications shared during the design process are kept confidential.
We do not sell or disclose client information.
